Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to this website and to anything you buy through it. Please read them before you buy. When you make a purchase, you agree to them.
1. Who you are dealing with
This website and the products sold on it are operated by AI APPS LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean AI APPS LLC, and "you" means the person buying. You can reach us any time at [email protected].
2. What we sell
We sell digital guides in PDF format. Nothing physical is shipped. After a successful payment you get your files two ways: a download button on the thank-you page, and a download link in the confirmation email we send you.
Our guides are educational reading. They are not therapy, counselling, coaching, medical advice or legal advice.
3. How you may use what you buy
What you buy is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may:
- download the files and keep them on your own devices
- print them for your own use
- read them with a friend, a family member or a small private group
You may not:
- resell, rent or redistribute the files
- post them publicly, including on social media, a website or a file-sharing service
- copy or adapt the content for commercial use, or present it as your own work
4. Price, payment and billing
Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). The single guide is ZAR 240 per week and the full set is ZAR 480 per week.
These are recurring subscriptions. When you buy, you authorise us to charge the same amount to the same card automatically every 7 days, until you cancel. The charge amount and the schedule are shown on the payment page before you pay, and they are repeated in your confirmation email.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your bank statement will show a charge from AI APPS LLC.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, and you do not have to give a reason. Use the cancellation page at https://findlovecheckout.com/cancel, or email us at [email protected] and we will do it for you.
Cancelling stops all future charges. Files you have already downloaded stay yours to keep. Cancelling on its own is not a refund request; refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Our intellectual property
All content on this website and inside our products, including the text, layout, graphics and images, belongs to AI APPS LLC or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing you buy transfers ownership of that content to you.
8. No promised outcome
Our guides explain patterns in how people behave and give you language to use. They cannot control another person, and we do not claim they can. We do not promise any specific result with any specific person, and nothing in our marketing should be read as such a promise. What you do with what you read is your decision and your responsibility.
9. Limits on our liability
We provide our products as they are, as educational material. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Who may buy
This website and our products are for adults. By buying you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. The version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where AI APPS LLC is registered. If you are buying from South Africa or anywhere else, this does not take away any right you have under the consumer-protection law of your own country, including your right to cancel and to be treated fairly.
