Privacy Policy
AI APPS LLC takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who else touches it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect
- your name and email address, when you buy or when you write to us
- payment information, which is entered directly into our payment processor's fields and is never seen or stored by us
- your IP address, rough location, browser and device type, collected automatically when you visit
- which pages you looked at on this website, and which advertisement or page sent you here
3. Why we use it
- to take your payment and give you your files
- to email you your download link, your receipt and any notice about your subscription
- to answer you when you contact support
- to measure which pages and advertisements work, so we stop wasting money on the ones that do not
- to keep the website and payments safe from fraud and abuse
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not hand your details to anyone else for their own marketing.
4. Email from us
If you buy, we email you about your order and your subscription. We may also occasionally email you about something related to what you bought. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your order or your files.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: some to make the checkout work, and some to measure traffic and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the ones the checkout needs, payment will not work.
6. Advertising and measurement
We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To know which advertisements lead to a sale, we use two Meta tools:
- the Meta pixel, a small piece of code on our pages that records visits and clicks
- the Meta Conversions API, which sends a purchase event from our server after a payment succeeds
When we send a purchase event, your email address is turned into an irreversible code (a one-way hash) before it leaves our server, so Meta can match the sale to a click without receiving your address in readable form. We also pass along the advertising identifiers Meta itself set in your browser.
You can control how Meta uses this in your Meta account under Settings, Ads, Ad Settings. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through your device or browser settings.
7. Who processes information for us
- Stripe — payments, cards and subscription billing
- Cloudflare — hosting, security and the code that runs our checkout
- LanderLab — hosting of these pages
- Meta — advertising and measurement, as described above
- our email provider — sending your download link, receipts and support replies
Each of these has its own privacy policy. We use them because they are established providers, not because we control what they do internally.
8. Where your information is held
We are a United States company and our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed outside your own country, including in the United States and the European Union. We only use providers that commit to protecting it.
9. How long we keep it
We keep order and billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep support emails while they are useful to help you. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete what we are not legally required to keep.
10. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information, except what the law requires us to keep
- stop using your information for marketing
If you are in South Africa, these rights are protected by the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Send any request to [email protected] and we will reply within a reasonable time, and in any case within the period the law allows.
11. Security
Payments run over encrypted connections and are handled by our payment processor. Our own systems keep credentials in a secrets manager, not in page code. No system is perfect, so if something ever goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
12. Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child's information reached us, write to us and we will remove it.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page changes when we do, and material changes are described on this page.
